  • MERLE KARUSOO – staging `Under`, `Täna me ei mängi` (`Today we won’t play`) and `Küpsuskirjand`
  • ANDRUS KIVIRÄHK – book `Leiutajateküla Lotte` (`Lotte from Gadgetville`), dramatic plays `Sürrealistid`(`The Surrealists`) and `Teatriparadiis` (`Theatre Paradise`)
  • MAI LEVIN – exhibitions `Ühest sajandist teise. Kristjan ja Paul Raud` (`From one century to the next. Kristjan and Paul Raud`) and `Vene valitsejad.   • ANDRES UIBO- double CD `56 Eesti rahvalaulutöötlust orelile` (`56 folk ballads processed for organ`) and creative accomplishments in 2005
  • PEKKA VAPAAVUORI – the architect of the Art Museum of Estonia (KUMU)

  • MATI UNT – staging in 2001: `Kirsiaed` (`The Cherry Orchard`) in Vanemuine Theater, `Kadunud Poeg` (`The Lost Son`) in Eesti Draamateater, `Majahoidja` (`Housekeeper`) in Rakvere Theater.
  • ARVO VOLMER – concerts in 2001: `Joonase lähetamine` with the National French Orchestra; performing and recording the symphonies of E. Tubin with ERSO.

  • TOOMAS REIN – for the architectural solution of the enlargement of Otepää Gymnasium
